RYAN Seacrest has fueled fans’ concern with his gaunt look in the latest promotional clip for Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.
Hollywood’s most in-demand host, 51, appeared to have hollow cheeks as he introduced celebrities for the Wheel of Fortune spinoff, which premieres on Friday evening.

“Hear that? That’s the sound of the stars aligning,” Ryan says in the video, before quick clips of guests including Gillian Jacobs, Lisa Loeb, Richard Kind and Cedric the Entertainer.
Though many fans expressed their excitement for the game show’s season premiere, others said they were concerned for Ryan’s well-being.
“His cheekbones have been noticeable for a while now,” a third chimed in.
However, other fans defended Ryan’s apparent weight loss.
“I don’t think he’s necessarily unhealthy,” one argued.
“As long as his doctor says that he’s healthy on the inside, there’s nothing wrong with him shedding the unwanted weight,” said another.

The star has not spoken out publicly about his weight loss.
Ryan has admittedly had a tough year.
In late 2025, his father Gary died at 79 after a battle with cancer.
“We are heartbroken,” he said last November.
“He was a devoted husband for 56 years, an incredible Papa to Flora, and my best friend.”
Around the same time, Ryan was also slammed for taking a controversial hosting gig in Saudi Arabia.
During the rough times, Ryan has been focused on his career, which also includes hosting American Idol and his own iHeartRadio show, and working out.
And as The U.S. Sun exclusively reported, he began dating model Maxime Nova over the summer.
