The Big Bang Theory universe series Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage airs a special episode on Thursday, Mar. 12. The episode sees Georgie (Montana Jordan) reaching a milestone birthday while his wife, Mandy (Emily Osment), gets a little too carried away with the celebration.

In the episode, “A Big Birthday and Tequila Shots,” Georgie celebrates his 21st birthday. Ahead of the episode’s airing, CBR can unveil a sneak peek with an exclusive clip. In the video, Georgie is invited to a celebration at the bar where Emily has already gotten a head start.

Mandy Is Out of Control at Georgie’s 21st Birthday Party

Season 2 of Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, the follow-up to the Big Bang Theory prequel series Young Sheldon, debuted on CBS on Oct. 16, 2025. Partway through the season, the show’s future was guaranteed when the network officially renewed Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage for Season 3.

Since the first season, the newest Big Bang Theory offshoot has been a big hit, garnering strong ratings and praise from viewers.

Last week’s episode saw Mandy make a shocking move with her career. While covering a church carnival on the news, Mandy spoke about the idea of God being a woman, sparking a flurry of angry calls from viewers to the station.

After refusing to apologize, Mandy is suspended, but she agrees to speak about the incident on the air with Pastor Jeff (Matt Hobby), where she is expected to retract her comments. Thinking about the example she’d be setting for her daughter, however, Mandy quits her job live on the air, much to the shock of her co-workers.

The series was created by Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro, and Steve Holland. Along with Montana Jordan and Emily Osment in the titular roles, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage also stars Will Sasso as Jim McAllister, Mandy’s father; Rachel Bay Jones as Audrey McAllister, Mandy’s mother; Dougie Baldin as Mandy’s brother, Connor McAllister; and Jessie Prez as Ruben, Georgie’s co-worker at the auto business owned by Jim.

Young Sheldon Stars Pop Up in the Spinoff

Other Young Sheldon stars have popped up on the spinoff, including Zoey Perry as Mary Cooper, Raegan Revord as Missy, and Lance Barber as George. Iain Armitage still has yet to make an appearance in the series as Sheldon, given that the character is living in California, but Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage getting renewed for Season 3 has created more opportunities for that long-awaited return to finally happen.

The new episode of Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage premieres on CBS on Thursday, Mar. 12, at 8:00 p.m. ET. Past episodes of the series can be streamed on Paramount+.
