‘Wheel of Fortune’ Fans Have This Gripe About the Game Show.

When Wheel of Fortune fans watch the show, they actually want to see what the contestants are solving. Fans of the game show have this gripe about it, and they have suggested a change.
“Gripe about WoF,” a Reddit user wrote on September 10. “OK, so I’m hoping to find some people who agree with me in my belief that Wheel of Fortune is almost unwatchable because of how often they cut away from the board. Like, every five seconds they cut away from the board while I’m reading and trying to solve the puzzle, to show the contestants, Ryan Seacrest, or whatever.”
“I wish they’d just keep the puzzle on screen 95% of the time and put a mini screen in the corner for all the contestant interactions and whatnot.”
The poster went on to say that the show spends way too much time interviewing the contestants. “Just say your name, where you’re from, and ‘I’m excited to be here,’” they wrote. “I’m going to forget about these people as soon as the show ends.”
All of the fans on the thread agreed with the original poster. “YES!!! I miss them leaving the puzzle in the upper corner of the screen to keep looking at it to figure it out. The cutaways kill me!” one said.
“Couldn’t agree with you more,” another fan said.
“I wish there was a used letter board for us,” one fan said.
“I say ‘show the f**king puzzle’ every single night, multiple times, and 100% agree that bottom corner small window… just big enough for us to read it,” a fan commented.
“I agree about the contestant interviews. It’s become an obvious issue (for me) the last few years. It feels like they’re not looking for normal, everyday people anymore. It’s like everyone has to have some crazy anecdote or wild, over-the-top personality to be a contestant anymore, and they spend too much time at the top of the show focusing on that,” another wrote.
“Lol. I say the same thing. Why not have an inset window in the window when they cut away,” one last fan asked.
