A split featuring Jane Lynch and Eric Stonestreet.
With the thrilling announcement of Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet and Glee icon Jane Lynch, viewers won’t want to miss out on the latest shenanigans going down at Happy’s Place this season.
Lynch will guest star as Valerie, the mother of Melissa Peterman’s beloved bartender Gabby. When Gabby’s mother, Valerie, comes to visit Knoxville for the first time, it turns out that she has a secret that not only throws Gabby for a loop, but everyone in the Tavern as well.
In light of her exciting guest appearance, NBC’s Instagram shared a clip of Lynch making a grand Happy’s Place entrance while carrying a cold pint of beer to the bar with a smirk on her face.
Some of Lynch’s must-see films include A Mighty Wind, Best in Show, 40-Year-Old Virgin, and Wreck-It Ralph, among several others. Boasting over 200 credits on IMDb, Lynch is a chameleonic powerhouse of talent. Aside from recently making waves for her award-winning role as Sophie Lennon in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, many know Lynch for her other Emmy-winning role of Sue Sylvester in the hit musical series Glee. Some of Lynch’s other television appearances include Only Murders in the Building, as well as animated projects like Harriet the Spy, American Dad!, Velma, and The Great North. Lynch is just as hysterical in real life as she is with a script, flexing Emmy-winning hosting chops on series like Hollywood Game Night and keeping contestants sweating on NBC’s The Weakest Link revival.
