The Butlers are married. The Johnsons moved away. The Pasadena neighborhood will never be the same. The series finale of The Neighborhood had fans wiping away their tears as they said goodbye to the families they’ve watched for eight seasons.

With how the CBS series ended, we thought of a few ideas that the showrunners could use as spin-offs, even a short film.

So far, The Neighborhood has produced one spinoff — Crutch— which followed Francois “Crutch” Crutchfield (Tracy Morgan) as Calvin Butler (Cedric the Entertainer)’s cousin. It has not yet been canceled or renewed.

Another spinoff with Marty (Marcel Spears) and Malcolm (Sheaun McKinney) moving to Venice Beach was greenlit, but then canceled before it even hit the air.

The Season 7 finale set the spinoff up, but the show went in a different direction when they found out they were ending in Season 8.

But now that we know how the series had ended, here are five spinoff ideas we’d love to see, and the likelihood they could happen.
