The Voice season 29 is officially coming back to TV, and new episodes will premiere on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. The show confirmed the exciting news with an Instagram post in November 2025.

“Season 29 is officially unwrapped!” the caption read. “#TheVoice: Battle of Champions premieres February 23 9/8c.”

Naturally, seeing this news had fans super excited about the prospect of new episodes.

Who are the coaches for The Voice season 29?

In July 2025, fans were delighted when The Voice announced the coaches for season 29. What’s more, every coach appearing this season has won the show in the past.

After appearing on The Voice from seasons 14 through 21 and season 23, singer and talk show host Kelly Clarkson will once again be a coach for The Voice season 29. She’s claimed victory four times (seasons 14, 15, 17, and 21).

Adam Levine first appeared on The Voice from seasons 1-16, before returning as a coach for season 27 in early 2025. Known for being a frontman for Maroon 5, he’s won the series three times (seasons 1, 5, and 9) throughout his time on the show.

Singer John Legend served as a coach on The Voice from seasons 16-22 and again in seasons 24, 25, and 27. He secured a champion on his first turn as a coach, winning season 16.

It’s important to note that The Voice season 29 will be the first time the show has had only three coaches.
