As The Voice starts to wind down for season 28, we’re one step closer to discovering who will win it all.
The NBC series airs every week, and it’s hard not to love the current artists vying for spots in the live shows. And what’s more, we can’t help but adore the bonds they have with their coaches, Reba McEntire, Michael Bublé, Niall Horan, and Snoop Dogg! It’s easy to see why folks keep tuning in, and we can’t wait to see what’s next in the competition.
Given how The Voice season 28 will soon reach the final stage of the competition with the Playoff Round (a.k.a. the live shows), we were surprised to hear there was a major schedule update for the rest of the Knockout Rounds. So, what can it be, you may ask? Well, we decided to dig up some clues—and you’ll be surprised by what we found.

According to a Parade report on November 3, The Voice season 28 will air new episodes at a different time than before.
While most installments were premiering on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC, the next episode of The Voice season 28 will air on Monday, November 17, at 9 p.m. ET on NBC. Future episodes will now drop an hour later than usual through the end of the season.
For those wondering what made NBC decide to switch up The Voice’s season 28 schedule, it’s because two of the network’s new comedies are airing during that time. For the rest of November, new episodes of St. Denis Medical season 2 and The Paper (which premiered on Peacock in September 2025) will air on Mondays at 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. ET, respectively.
Despite not knowing who’s going to win The Voice season 28 just yet, we can only anticipate that this change will certainly make an impact for the rest of the year!
