‘The Price Is Right’ model shares update on her future in the show’s new season

Is there going to be a model shakeup on this season of The Price Is Right? Manuela Arbeláez shared with her followers whether she is coming back for Season 55 after teasing a new project.

Arbeláez, who has been on the show since 2009, shared an Instagram Story on July 29, revealing her fate. She was riding in her car in a workout outfit and sunglasses. Her hair was up in a bun.

“I am finally going back to The Price Is Right on Monday,” the model confirmed. “I’ve been getting a lot of DMs, mostly from those of you who are hardcore Price Is Right fans, asking, ‘Where have you been?’ ‘Are you going back to work?’ Yes. I’m going back to work. I’m going back on Monday, but first I have a hair appointment today to get ready for that.”

“I feel like I utilized my long break away from The Price Is Right as good as I could have. I did a lot of traveling. Mostly I focused a lot on my passion project that is coming up. I will be launching that soon, in the next few weeks.”

“I will be throwing out some more teasers to you about what it’s all about,” she said. “But, yeah. I’m excited to go back to work. It’s been too long.”

Arbeláez then showed off her hairstyle while sitting in the hairdresser’s chair. “Multitasking,” she captioned the post. The model sat with a laptop on her lap as she waited to get her hair done.

She then shared a video with her fresh cut as she drove home. On July 14, Arbeláez showed off her toned stomach in a teaser for her new project. The model then did a workout in the video, which included her lifting weights, pulling on ropes, hanging from bars, doing push-ups, crunches, and more.

It is not exactly clear what the project is yet, but stay glued to Arbeláez’s Instagram to find out more when she announces what it is.

There has not been a premiere date announced yet for Season 55, but filming is kicking off. Models Devin Goda and James O’Halloran shared photos from the set earlier this week.

The other game show models include Amber Lancaster, Rachel Reynolds, and Alexis Gaube. They have not posted anything about filming for the upcoming season yet, but they are all expected to return.
